the room had a decent view.
The noise from the pool was constant. I couldn't relax at all! the reception staff were unhelpful when i brought it up, and the tv in my room didn't work. non-refundable bookings felt rigid!

The staff was friendly. The breakfast included many options, which I appreciate. I especially enjoyed the traditional Thai massage at the spa!!! It was so good! The location is very convenient to visit nearby beaches. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service to town, which makes getting around easy.
Our initial room did not meet expectations. After I complained, they moved us to a more suitable room. I wish they had given us a good room initially!!!
